Note: We only ship to the United States at the present. We usually use FeDex and UPS to ship your order， which depends on what’s the best way to ship cornhole boards or cornhole bags. All products are free shipping and ship from California. Your package will be processed within 1-2 business days after payment, and usually arrives in 3-7 business days.

All parcel ships from the United States local warehouse. Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay on the delivery.
1. I want to change my shipping address. What should I do?
– If you have detected incorrect or incomplete details on your order when checking your confirmation e-mail, please contact our team as soon as possible so that we can solve the issue. It is vital that the shipping address must not contain any errors so that we will avoid any problems or delays in delivering your order.
2. What is your shipping delivery time?
– Items usually would be shipped within 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted by availability in the product details. Your package will be processed within 1-2 business days after payment, delivered from the United States local, arrives in 3-7 business days. We always make sure that each order arrives on time. However, there may be delays in shipping information during certain holidays. Please contact us any time if you have any concerns.
3. What if I don’t receive the package?
– If the tracking information for your package says delivered and you have not received it, we recommend checking with any neighbors, housemates, or leasing offices who may have received the parcel on your behalf. We would also suggest reaching out to the shipping carrier directly to see if they can provide you with additional delivery information. If your package still has not shown up within the 3 business days of the delivery date, please reach out to us at [email protected] and we will look into it for you.
4. What is your usual method of delivery?
– If your order includes several items, we may ship them separately and at different times in order to get them to you faster. Our shipping confirmation emails will let you know what is being shipped with its carrier and tracking information.
When you receive your cornhole boards or cornhole bags, you must check it as soon as possible following receipt and always before use. All items must be returned unused and in the original packaging as they were in when received by you. We apologize if you have received the wrong/damaged/faulty item by mistake or have not received your item. We understand how frustrating this can be and want to resolve this as quickly as possible for you.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, simply return the product within 30 days of when you receive your order.
Please ensure that when you receive an item that you take reasonable care of it when trying it /inspecting it eg. please ensure that any security seals or tags are still intact.
– Returns must be:
- In new condition with tags attached
- Please place your email address and order number in a visible place
– Items not eligible for:
- Late returns will not be accepted past their indicated returns period and no refund will be issued.
- Final sale items are excluded and can not be returned or exchanged
- All custom-made items, special orders, opened items or items returned without all original packaging

HOMOTH provides a 30-day warranty for all defects in its products.
During the 30-day warranty period, customers will only get one replacement item and must provide photos of the defective product to our customer service department.
Cornhole boards come with a 1-year warranty. Please submit a warranty application by sending an email with a photo to [email protected], and we will contact you as soon as possible.
