1. What is your returns policy?
When you receive your cornhole boards or cornhole bags, you must check it as soon as possible following receipt and always before use. All items must be returned unused and in the original packaging as they were in when received by you. We apologize if you have received the wrong/damaged/faulty item by mistake or have not received your item. We understand how frustrating this can be and want to resolve this as quickly as possible for you.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, simply return the product within 30 days of when you receive your order.
Please ensure that when you receive an item that you take reasonable care of it when trying it /inspecting it eg. please ensure that any security seals or tags are still intact.
– Returns must be:
- In new condition with tags attached
- Please place your email address and order number in a visible place
– Items not eligible for:
- Late returns will not be accepted past their indicated returns period and no refund will be issued.
- Final sale items are excluded and can not be returned or exchanged
- All custom-made items, special orders, opened items or items returned without all original packaging
2. How do I make a return?
Step 1: Please contact us at [email protected]
Step 2: You’ll need to tell our service department the reason for the return so they can choose the best option for you.
- Order number
- SKU number or the name of the product
- Reason for your return
Step 3: The service department will follow up with you to create an RMA and provide a return address.
Step 4: Please return the item according to the instructions on the RMA and provide the tracking number and a valid return receipt.
Step 5: All products returned to us are checked by our Returns Department. If you are entitled to a refund then we will refund the price of your item. You will receive a refund confirmation email after we have processed the return and issued your refund. It may take a few business days for your refund to be reflected on your credit card statement. And it may take your financial institution additional time to process the transaction and update your bank statement.
Step 6: Refunds are always paid using the same payment method with which you made the purchase. After your refund is issued, please note the following refund time frames
- Credit card refund – please wait for 7 to 14 business days for the transaction to be finalized
- Electronic wallet (store credit) refund – please refresh your account in 24 hours.
- PayPal refund – it will take up to 48 hours for the transaction to appear in your account.
3. The shipping costs
– (1) The seller will take care of the return delivery cost if the return is caused by quality issues. The buyer will pay for the delivery fee first. We will refund the item fee along with the delivery fee after we receive the returned product. The shipping costs will be refunded as long as the return is made within 30 days from receipt of the product.
(2) If there are no quality issues with the product, the buyer will be responsible for the delivery cost. Please contact your local post office to confirm your actual return delivery cost. We will not refund postage for items found to be in good working order.
